The modern plumbing material which includes new bathroom suites, toilet flashing systems and tiles was bought in South Africasometime last week.

Speaking during the Rainbow Rainmakers promotion draw, RTG chief executive officer Tendai Madzivanyika said they are going tocompletely remove the plumbing system and install a brand new one that goes alongwith modern times.

“I also want to announce today that those that supply business into Bulawayo will again not be disappointed, right now I havea team that was in South Africa last week and they have now acquired all thematerials that we need in order to redo the whole plumbing works of Bulawayo Rainbow.

“All the plumbing is going to be gutted and we are going to put brand new plumbing, we are going to put brand new bathrooms, tiles, tubs, flashing systems all of that we are changing

“We are going ultra-modern why because of you guys, why because we are the best, it all starts with believing in us that we can be the best.

“…we want to be there with you, we want to be at the cutting age of excellence and we want to say thank you guys for believing in us and we want you guys to look and say this is our own home-grown brand, theseare our own home-grown-guys that are taking on this challenge and making surethat they deliver the best,” he said.

Madzivanyika added that his group will not seek endorsement from global brands but are working on beating global brands byoffering quality service and upgrading their facilities around the country.

Also in line for refurbishment is the giant Rainbow Towers Hotel where about 180 rooms are going to get a facelift to give them a modern look by end ofyear in 2019 and this is driven by the trust that peoplehave in the brand.

The group also revealed that it has been receiving positive feedback from people who have used theVictoria Falls Rainbow Hotel which was refurbished last year.

“I think we have had such amazing reviews, great feedback from many of you here and it’s totally refurbished and it’s really world-class.

“But I can you tell that going into the first half next year we are going to be doing the painting outside just to make it look nice just painting because everything else is now ok.“So outside is going to be amazing your arrivalexperience is going to be great because we are going to do paving and thatVictoria Falls Rainbow is going to be a place where you will feel extremelyproud to send your people,” he said.
