Group chief executive officer Tendai Madzivanyika said people who believed in the company from as far as 2013 when it made a US$6million loss have significantly contributed to the positive results.

“I remember standing on this stage in 2013 when things were not so easy and I remember that year weregistered a US$6million loss and we equated it to being six-feet under andthere is only one thing that goes six-feet under and I will not ask any cleverguesses what that might be but that’s what we were and times were hard but youknow we needed friends

“There are so many faces here that I saw back then, people who said we are going to stand with you, we believe in you, we know you can do it and I do believe we did not disappoint.

“You are the guys who have made us to be where weare and for those that are financially minded I want to challenge you to please lookout for the results of RTG next year, they are going to be amazing.

“I will not tell you what they are going to because we are a listed company and I will get in trouble with ZSE, but all I can tell is that the results are going to be amazing and it is simply because offriends like you, people that believed in us and decided to go on the walk withus,” he said.

Madzivanyika also told the people who were attendingthe Rainbow Rainmakers promotion draw that the group has done a lot in terms of investment in its product and is sure to deliver on its promises.

“I can tell you also that we have done a lot of work on the product.

“Over the years we have continued to invest in this product why because we want to make sure we deliver according to the promise, according to your expectations and in fact we are determined to go beyond yourexpectations.

“I think that people that have been with us for a while will relate to the story..…We are about excellence; we are about performance we are about sticking to what we signed and sticking to the promise,”he said.

Meanwhile, the group has announced that it intends to keep going up in terms of maintaining its standards thank to its ISO 9001 (2015) certification.

“Our standards are continuing to go up I think Pride Kumbula (marketing manager) talked about ISO certification. We were recently recertified; you know there is ISO 9001 global standards.

“When we talk of Standards Association of Zimbabwe(SAZ), SAZ are just the local people that do the evaluation, we were on the 2008 standards then the whole standard was upgraded to the 2015 standard.

“And we are one of the first Zimbabwean companies to be ISO 9001 (2015) certified so we will not stop our quest for excellence,” said the group chief executive officer.
